This 5 hour time slot INCLUDES SETUP & TEAR DOWN. DORA District Extention cords Table for Catered food prep Wooden arch ( you can decorate it however you want ) You may bring Pre Made food . (No Ovens) Garbage Cans Music Wi-fi 10 Tables 40 Chairs 2 6 ft long buffet tables Private Bathroom Selfie Wall "Oh baby" or "lets party" neon sign. On Site Staff Table cloths included Boho plate place mats included Gifts and favors acrylic sign included Mimosa / bubbly bar sign. Bottled Water Champagne flutes Up-lighting (20 colors) Refrigerator Freezer Sink Paper towels Fruit Container ( You bring the fruit) Baby girl or baby boy wooden sign for pictures 3 ft Chalk board to write guests name. ( chalk markers included) Acrylic name squares to put by guest plate. ( markers included) Mom-Mosa acrylic sign. Pens Punch bowl Dried palm leaves and pampas grass for centerpieces A variety of colors of table runners Max 50 People. This timing includes setup & tear down. Additional time can be added for $50 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
No cancelation/rescheduling fee if cancelled/rescheduled 14 days or more prior to event. $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee if cancelled/rescheduled 13 days or less prior to event.
